Due to the digital nature of our platform and the instant provisioning of access and community benefits upon purchase, all subscription payments, renewal fees, and digital transactions are final and strictly non-refundable once processed.
We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, mid-cycle cancellations, or administrative account terminations resulting from a breach of our terms.
You retain the right to cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your account management portal before the next billing date.
Upon cancellation, your membership and associated access benefits will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle, after which your subscription will terminate automatically without further charges.
Any exceptional billing discrepancies, technical access failures, or payment errors must be formally reported to platform support within seventy-two of the transaction date to be eligible for administrative review.
Complete loss of service due to reasons beyond our control are not refundable. However, in circumstances deemed fit by us, we may offer to extend your service for the length of the outage free of charge.
